1/2 Beef Share - $500 (Deposit Only):

½ beef share feeds a typical family of 4 approximately 6-8 months.

You get your beef processed how you like. You choose the cuts, the thickness, the package size, the fat percentage etc.

Not sure what your options are, that’s okay, you get to talk straight to the butcher about your beef and they can help you get exactly what you want.

Price: $4/lb hanging weight

Deposit Now: $500

Remaining Balance: will be determined by actual hanging weight when the beef arrives at the butcher shop. Estimated hanging weight (based on past beef) is 350 lbs. based on estimation remaining balance will be approximately $1,050.

The remaining balance is due when your beef share is delivered to the butcher shop.

Other fee’s not included in price above:

Slaughter fee: $50 will be included on your final invoice

Butcher fee: $ 0.65lb paid directly to the Butcher at time of pick up. (this fee may fluctuate by butcher and is only approximate)

The 2 weeks before your order is ready, we will email you the final invoice.

Payment plan options:

Purchasing beef direct from the farmer gives you the best bang for your buck and since we realize the above sounds like a lot of money, we want to make sure you can get fresh local beef. So, we offer a couple different payment plans and you have the choice of how to make this purchase most affordable for you. Contact us directly for options and details.

We really want you to enjoy amazing beef, but just in case something comes up please understand the following:

Deposits are non-refundable for orders cancelled after July 1, deposit and payments will be retained unless the share is sold to another customer, if it is sold to another customer, deposit will be refunded within two weeks after the butcher date. If it is not sold, the deposit will not be refunded, but any payments made in a payment plan will be refunded.
